摘  要:“一带一路”倡议下,我国企业承接了大量国际工程项目,为稳步可持续发展国际工程承包事业,承包商须切实提高合同管理水平,尤其要提高工期索赔能力。以中建集团在玻利维亚两个公路工程项目为例,分析因总统大选、新冠疫情等因素引发的工期索赔事件,基于索赔机理、索赔瓶颈,总结工期索赔策略,为我国企业承包商熟悉国际索赔惯例、顺利参与国际工程建设提供参考。Under the"one belt,one road"initiative,Chinese contractors have undertaken a large number of international projects.To steadily and continuously develop international project contracting businesses,the contract management level must be effectively improved,especially the claim for time extension.Taking the two highway projects of China Construction Group in Bolivia as examples,this paper investigates the claims for time extension caused by presidential election and COVID-19.We summarized the claim strategy for time extension based on the claim mechanism and claim bottleneck,so as to provide reference for Chinese enterprises to deal with similar international claims and participate in international project construction smoothly.
