摘  要:为了准确评价装配式建筑在施工过程中的风险等级,以“健康、安全和环境(HSE)”作为准则层,收集和分析了装配式建筑在施工过程中可能存在的风险因素,构建了施工风险评价指标体系;基于作业分解结构-风险分解结构(WBS-RBS)对项目进行分解,利用层次分析法和熵权法对指标进行组合赋权;通过计算各作业单元综合权重和风险度确定风险等级,并以装配式示范住宅小区项目为例进行实例验证。结果表明:该示范住宅小区项目构件安装阶段的施工风险度为7.514,属于中等风险,评价结果与实际工程基本相符。To accurately evaluate the risk level of prefabricated buildings during the construction process,taking"health,safety,and environment(HSE)"as the criterion layer,the potential risk factors during the construction process of prefabricated buildings were collected and analyzed,and a construction risk evaluation index system was constructed.The project was decomposed based on work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure(WBS-RBS),and the risk indexes were weighted by analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.Finally,by calculating the comprehensive weight and the risk degree of each operation unit to determine the risk level,Lanzhou city was taken as an example to verify it.The results show that the construction risk level of the component installation stage of model residential district project is 7.514,belonging to the medium risk,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual project.
