装配式建筑预制外墙接缝部位防水系统分析与应用

摘　　要：金属装配式建筑的预制外墙属于围护系统主要构件,其防水性能深刻影响建筑的整体功能,其接缝部位是防水的先天薄弱点,需要重点研究。本文研究了装配式建筑预制外墙接缝的防水系统的布置方案,并在实际工程中进行了应用。分析结果表明,接缝部位是预制外墙防水的关键位置,在设计和施工时要遵循疏堵结合的原则,同时需充分考虑材料防水和构造防水的综合设计应用。实际工程中,应采取一道或多道材料防水加构造防水的配置,如果结合实际情况考虑无法使用构造防水工艺,则需设置多道材料防水工艺。接缝施工应严格按照规定的程序对预制外墙缝的防水效果进行检验,从而保证接缝防水的施工质量。Prefabricated exterior wall of prefabricated building belongs to the main component of enclosure system,and its waterproof performance affects the exertion of building function.Its seam is the congenital weakness of waterproof,which needs to be studied emphatically.This paper introduced the waterproof system of prefabricated exterior wall seam of prefabricated building,and its application in practical engineering.The analysis results showed that the seam was the key position of prefabricated exterior wall waterproof.The material waterproof and structural waterproof should be applied comprehensively.The design and construction should follow the principle of combining dredging and blocking.In the actual project,one or more courses of material waterproof and structural waterproof should be adopted.If the structural waterproof cannot be used in combination with the actual situation,multiple courses of material waterproof should be set and sealed tightly.The waterproof effect of prefabricated exterior wall joints should be inspected in strict accordance with the specified procedures in joint construction,so as to ensure the control of seam waterproof quality.
