摘 要:本文研究了湿热地区覆土建筑设计方法,以绿色生态化理念作为基础及实际案例依托,对湿热地区覆土建筑与周边景观融合进行研究,实现“筑景合一”,同时将绿色生态化设计理念融入湿热地区覆土建筑之中,促进生态和谐的氛围,从而提高覆土建筑的绿色生态化水平,为相关案例提供良好的参考。本文以东莞市楷模家居用品有限公司改造项目为例,描述新建覆土建筑的设计要点。在新建建筑与景观的融合理念上,采用地形放坡、建筑内嵌、上覆植被、外挂植物等园林营造措施保证新建建筑与景观的融合。采光通风方面,设置采光井、中庭、进风口等措施,保证覆土建筑的采光通风;绿色节能方面,将建筑隐入绿色植被中、引入种植屋面或光伏发电、风的利用、基坑废土的利用等措施实现建筑节能环保。This paper studied the design method of soil-covered buildings in hot and humid areas.Based on the concept of green ecologicalization and actual cases,the integration of earth-covered buildings and surrounding landscapes was studied,which achieved the"integration of landscape and construction".Besides,the conception of green ecological design is integrated into the earth-covered building to promote an ecologically harmonious atmosphere.By using the design method,the green ecological level of earth-covered buildings in hot and humid areas was improved.This case provides a good reference for related cases.Specifically,the transformation project of Dongguan Kaimo Household Products Co.,Ltd.was used as an example to illustrate the proposed design technique.Upon the concept of buildings and landscapes integration,several methods such as the terrain grading,building embedded,overlying vegetation,and external plants are adopted to ensure the newly constructed buildings and landscapes integrated harmonically;the lighting wells,atriums,air inlets were set to ensure the lighting and ventilation of earth-covered buildings;the building is concealed in green vegetation,and the planted roofs,photovoltaic power generation,wind utilization,and foundation pit waste soil utilization were introduced to achieve building energy saving and environmental protection.
