摘　　要：女性主义思潮与社会工作专业在人群关切、价值倡导、学术融合方面存在共鸣:在群体方面,两者都对女性群体有较强烈的关切与聚焦,虽然两者的关注对象不单单是女性;在价值倡导方面,两者都倡导平等、自由、自我意识、价值、尊重、解构、批判、无差异等;在学术方面,两者在融合发展过程中形成了“女性主义社会工作”这样一个学术分支,其中既包含了社会工作的“性别化”,也促生了以女性主义为基础的社会工作方向。Feminism shares a lot with the profession of social work in terms of group concerns, value advocacy, and academic integration. For the first part, both have a prominent concern for and focus, among other things, on the women group. For the second part, both advocate equality, freedom, self-awareness, value, respect, deconstruction, criticism, and non-differentiation. For the last part, in the process of the integration and development of feminism and social work, a new academic branch of “feminist social work” is formed, which not only includes the “gender difference” of social work, but also promotes the direction of feminist-based social work.
