健脾清肠汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾清肠汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,对照组44例予左氧氟沙星治疗,中西医结合组39例在对照组基础上加用健脾清肠汤治疗,疗程7 d。比较两组临床疗效及症状缓解时间。结果:中西医结合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),腹泻及腹痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾清肠汤能有效改善急性胃肠炎患者的临床症状,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpiqingchang decoction combined with levofloxacin on acute gastroenteritis.Methods:A randomized controlled study was used,44 patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin and 39 patients in the integrated chinese and western medicine group were treated with Jianpiqingchang decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course took 7 days.The clinical efficacy and time to symptom relief were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical efficacy of the integrated chinese and western medicine group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And in the time of relief of diarrhea and abdominal pain,the integrated chinese and western medicine group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpiqingchang decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of acute gastroenteritis,and the curative effect is exact.
