摘 要:目的:建立高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测定铅酸蓄电池周边土壤和沉积物中铅的方法。方法:样品经全自动土壤研磨仪处理成100目样品,全自动石墨消解仪消解成液态,选择乙炔流量65 L/h、燃烧头高度6 mm等仪器参数进行样品测定。结果:铅线性相关系数在0.999以上,检出限为5 mg/kg,精密度、准确度均良好,满足实验要求,实际样品的加标回收在90%~110%范围内。结论:本实验提供测定铅酸蓄电池周边土壤和沉积物中铅的可靠方法,为场地后期整改处理提供有利的数据支撑。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of lead in soil and sediments around lead-acid battery industries by high-resolution continuous light source atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods:The samples were processed into 100 mesh particle by automatic soil grinder and digested into liquid by automatic graphite digester.The instrument parameters of acetylene flow 65 L/h and combustion head height 6mm were selected for sample determination.Results:The linear correlation coefficient of lead is more than 0.999,the detection limit is 5 mg/kg,the precision and accuracy are good,which meet the experimental requirements,and the spiked recovery of actual samples is in the range of 90%-110%.Conclusion:This experiment provides a reliable way to determine the lead in the soil and sediment around the lead-acid battery industries,and provides data support for the later rectification and treatment of the polluted sites.
