摘 要:为了实现绿色制造,提高节能减排性能,在汽车设计制造时,需要减轻车身重量,提高尾气排放处理效率,这对发动机中排气歧管的设计和制造提出了更高要求。本文针对实际工况中某四冲程发动机的HT200材料排气歧管出现失效故障现象,结合其基本参数及设计原则要求,运用CATIA、ABAQUS软件对该部件进行模态分析,得到排气歧管的模态固有频率,判断是否因共振而引起故障失效现象,并提出优化改进方案。In order to realize green manufacturing and improve energy saving and emission reduction performance,it is necessary to reduce the body weight and improve the efficiency of exhaust emission treatment in the design and manufacture of automobiles,which puts forward higher requirements for the design and manufacture of exhaust manifolds in engines.In this paper about the failure of the HT200 material exhaust manifold of a four-stroke engine in actual working conditions,a modal analysis was made of the component with CATIA and ABAQUS when taking its basic parameters and design principles into consideration for its modal natural frequency to determine whether the failure is caused by resonance,and propose an optimization and improvement plan if so.
