中医药诊治早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展

摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是一种严重影响女性生殖内分泌功能的疾病,近几年,本病的发病率逐年上升,极大地危害了女性的身心健康。现从POI的病因病机、诊断标准、内外治法进行论述,发现中医药通过辨证论治、周期疗法、中西医结合、针刺及针药联合、艾灸、穴位埋线、中药灌肠、防治远期并发症等方法治疗POI具有疗效佳、不良反应小、选择性多等优势,近年来临床使用率逐渐上升,故将中医药诊治POI的应用进展进行综述。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a disease that seriously affects the reproductive endocrine function of women.In recent years,the incidence of this disease has been increasing year by year,greatly endangering the physical and mental health of women.The present paper discussed the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria,internal and external treatment of POI and found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)had definite efficacies in the treatment of POI by means of syndrome differentiation,periodic therapy,combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,acupuncture,acupuncture combined with medication,moxibustion,acupoint catgut embedding,Chinese medicine enema,and prevention and treatment of long-term complications,with mild adverse events and more options.In recent years,the clinical application of TCM has gradually increased.Hence,the present study reviewed the application progress on TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of POI.
