丹白颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的组方机制研究

摘　　要：盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是常见的妇科病症,严重影响妇女身心健康。其主要表现为慢性盆腔痛、不孕、异位妊娠、盆腔炎症疾病反复发作。丹白颗粒是国家名老中医徐志华教授针对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症瘀热湿阻的病机而研制,由牡丹皮、大血藤、紫花地丁、三棱、莪术、败酱草、川芎、白花蛇舌草、白英、土茯苓、墓头回、椿皮、白芍、当归组成,临床治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效满意。本文从中医学角度分析盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的病因病机,以方剂学的思维角度结合中药现代药理研究,探析丹白颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的组方机制,为临床应用丹白颗粒提供理论依据。Pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)sequelae are common gynecological diseases and seriously affect the physical and mental health of women.Their main manifestations include chronic pelvic pain,infertility,ectopic pregnancy,and recurrent attacks of PIDs.Danbai Granules,prescribed by the national prestigious traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor Xu Zhihua based on the dampness-heat obstruction syndrome of PID sequelae,are composed of Moutan Cortex,Sargentodoxae Caulis,Violae Herba,Sparganii Rhizoma,Curcumae Rhizoma,Patriniae Herba,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Hedyotis Diffusae Herba,Solani Lyrati Herba,Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma,Patriniae Scabrae Radix,Ailanthi Cortex,Paeoniae Radix Alba,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.They have definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of PID sequelae.This paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of PID sequelae from the TCM perspective and explored the prescription mechanism of Danbai Granules in the treatment of PID sequelae from the science of Chinese medicinal formula based on modern TCM pharmacological research to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of Danbai Granules.
