外墙砖挤浆勾缝工法的研究与应用

摘　　要：外墙砖挤浆勾缝工法采用HC单组分瓷砖专用勾缝剂,施工方便,现场加水搅拌即可使用,且具有良好的黏结性、柔韧性、耐水性,成缝具有强度高、外观好、抗渗性强等优点。本文采用定做的塑料挤缝工具将拌好的勾缝剂挤入外墙砖缝内,边挤边顺砖缝移动施工,方便快捷。使用“8”字形钢筋勾缝工具,沿已挤满勾缝剂的砖缝挤压,形成凹圆弧形外墙砖缝。该工艺技术先进,效果显著,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益,适用于新建、扩建和改建的各类民用和工业建筑外墙砖勾缝施工。本工法在平整度、洁净度、外观质量、外墙渗漏等方面取得了较大的突破,赢得了业主、监理、质监部门的认可。The construction technique of shoving and pointing joint on external tile is a new construction method.It puts to use special crack sealer of ceramic tile which is consist of HC single component.The process is convenient for construction and the crack sealer can be used by adding water on the scene.It has several advantages of excellent adhesion,fine flexibility and good water resistance.The final crack has also several advantages of high strength,good appearance,and strong anti-permeability and so on by this method.It inserts the blended crack sealer into the brickwork joint of external tile that has use the special plastic squeeze mortar tool which can be made to order.Mobile construction of squeezing slurry into the seam along the brick and the brick are convenient and rapid.It will squeezing along with brickwork joint full of crack sealer by using bar pointing tool of“8”type.Finally,it will form concave circular brick seam of external tile.The technology is advanced,the effect is remarkable,and has obvious social benefit and economic benefit.It is applicable to the new,expansion and renovation of exterior wall brick pointing of various types of civil and industrial building.This construction method has made great breakthrough in flatness,cleanliness,appearance quality,external wall leakage and other aspects,and has won the approval of the owner,supervision and quality supervision departments.
