摘 要:采用单因素变量法,研究铬鞣剂和无铬鞣剂TWLZ分别改性TWS鞣革纤维前后对酸性蓝25的吸附性能,旨在探讨不同鞣革纤维与阴离子染料的结合规律及其与改性方法的相关性,从而对无铬鞣坯革吸附结合染料过程的研究提供一定理论参考。通过紫外-可见分光光度计计算染料的吸收率,用Zeta电位、X射线衍射及热重/差式扫描量热等方法分析革纤维等电点及微观结构变化。结果表明,与TWS单独鞣制相比,经过金属盐改性后革纤维对酸性蓝25的吸附量增加了80%左右,且两种改性革纤维的吸附量接近。吸附在8 h时基本达到平衡,吸附平衡符合Langmuir方程;温度越高,越有利于该吸附过程的进行;吸附动力学研究表明:革纤维对该染料的吸附符合拟二级速率方程。The single-factor variable method was used to study the adsorption performance of Acid Blue 25 before and after the chrome tanning agent and the chrome-free tanning agent TWLZ modified TWS tanning fibers,aiming to explore the binding law of different tanning fibers and anionic dyes and their modification.The relevance of the method provides a certain theoretical reference for the study of the process of chrome-free tanned crust leather adsorption and binding dyes.Calculate the absorption rate of the dye by UV-Vis spectrophotometer,and analyze the changes in the isoelectric point and microstructure of the leather fiber by methods such as Zeta potential,X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric/differential scanning calorimetry.The results showed that:compared with TWS alone tanning,the adsorption amount of Acid Blue 25 on the leather fiber after the metal salt modification increased by about 80%,and the adsorption amount of the two modified leather fibers was close.The adsorption basically reaches equilibrium at 8 h,and the adsorption equilibrium conforms to the Langmuir equation;the higher the temperature,the more conducive to the adsorption process;the adsorption kinetics study shows that the adsorption of the leather fiber to the dye conforms to the pseudo-second-order rate equation.
