摘  要:以自制高分子BW-25为酸液稠化剂,WK-1为交联剂,按照一定配方分别配制稠化酸、温控变黏酸基液、温控变黏酸交联液,并对各酸液样品进行流变性能测试。在温度范围20~90℃条件下考察体系黏度变化,实验显示温控变黏酸体系在整个升温过程中,交联反应不断进行从而导致黏流活化能不断升高;黏切实验中采用幂律方程对黏切曲线进行拟合,结果显示变黏后的体系非牛顿指数(n)下降至0.143;采用考虑弹性性质的流变本构方程Jeffreys模型进行拟合,结果显示变黏酸体系弹簧模量(G)由7.226增至44.324,体系弹性性质显著增强。The self-made polymer BW-25 was used as acid thickener and WK-1 as crosslinking agent.According to a certain formula,the thickened acid,temperature-controlled viscous acid base solution and temperature-controlled viscous acid crosslinking solution were configured respectively,and the rheological properties of each acid sample were tested.The viscosity change of the system was investigated under the temperature range of 20~90℃.The experiment showed that the crosslinking reaction of the temperature-controlled viscous acid system continued during the whole heating process,resulting in the continuous increase of viscosity activation energy.In the viscoshear experiment,the power law equation was used to fit the viscoshear curve,and the results showed that the non-Newtonian index(n)of the system decreased to 0.143.The rheological constitutive equation Jeffreys model with elastic properties was used for fitting,and the results show that the spring modulus(G)increases from 7.226 to 44.324,the elastic structure of the variable viscous acid system is enhanced.
