摘  要:采用浸渍法合成了一系列不同Mn、Cu负载量的aMn-bCu/Y催化剂,在常温下研究了其协同臭氧催化氧化降解甲苯的性能。BET、XRD、NH_(3)-TPD、H_(2)-TPR、XPS结果表明,Mn、Cu负载量对催化剂的比表面积、结晶相、表面酸性、还原性质和表面金属化学价态有着显著影响,其中18Mn-6Cu/Y催化剂(即Mn、Cu质量分数为18%,6%),甲苯降解性能最优,归因于其高度分散的MnO_(x)物种、适宜的酸性、氧化还原能力强、晶格氧流动性好及丰富的Mn^(4+)粒子。常温下,协同臭氧催化氧化甲苯反应6 h,18Mn-6Cu/Y催化剂的甲苯转化率可达98%,CO_(2)选择性为82.1%,而其它负载量催化剂则呈现不同程度的降低。A series of aMn-bCu/Y catalysts with different Mn/Cu loads were synthesized by impregnation method,and investigated for the catalytic ozone oxidation of toluene at room temperature.The catalysts were characterized by N_(2)-physisorption measurements,powder X-ray diffraction,NH_(3)-temperature programmed desorption,H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that the Mn/Cu loading amounts have significant influences on the specific surface area,crystalline phase,surface acidity,reduction property and surface chemical state,consequently affecting the catalytic performance.Among the Mn/Cu loaded catalysts,18Mn-6Cu/Y with the mass fractions of Mn 18%and Cu 6%,has the highest toluene removal efficiency which is due to its higher manganese dispersion,appropriate acidity,good redox ability,well lattice oxygen mobility and rich Mn^(4+) particles.After 6 h tests at room temperature,18Mn-6Cu/Y catalyst maintains the high toluene conversion of 98%as well as the CO_(2) selection of 82.1%.But in contrast,there are decreases in varying degrees with other loading amounts.
