摘 要:冷却是烧结球团工艺中的一项基础性工作,对最终产品的矿物组织及其演变形态影响较大,关系着成品矿的产质量指标。在“双碳”背景下,余热回收技术成为烧结球团工艺的一个节能潜力点。首先对国内不同冷却设备的冷却原理及余热回收技术进行了归纳整理,然后在此基础上进一步分析了冷却制度对成品矿物相、抗压强度以及应力分布的影响机制,最后基于不同冷却设备的操作及冷却制度的合理选用总结了提高冷却效率和余热回收利用率的优化措施。研究结果为铁矿石造块过程冷却技术的发展提供方向,指导钢铁工业的节能减排及余热回收。Cooling is a basic work in sintering and pelletizing process,which has a great influence on the mineral structure and evolution of the final product,and is related to the yield and quality index of the finished ore.Under the background of“peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality”,waste heat recovery technology has become an energy-saving potential point of sintering and pelletizing process.At first,the cooling principle and waste heat recovery technology of different cooling equipments in China were summarized,and then the influence mechanism of cooling system on mineral phase,compressive strength and stress distribution of finished products was further analyzed.Finally,based on the operation of different cooling equipments and the reasonable selection of cooling system,the optimization measures for improving cooling efficiency and waste heat recovery utilization rate were summarized.The results provide a direction for the development of cooling technology in iron ore briquetting process,and guide the energy saving and emission reduction and waste heat recovery of iron and steel industry.
