摘  要:采用单位重量比表面积相似法对某厂三座加热炉的氧化烧损率进行了测试。结果表明,蓄热式燃烧加热炉的氧化烧损率低于常规脉冲燃烧加热炉的氧化烧损率;针对蓄热式燃烧加热炉,沿板坯长度方向,氧化烧损率近似呈“M”型分布,即中部低、端部次之、中部和端头之间最高,这主要与烧嘴的布置以及气体介质的射流速度相关;采用蓄热式燃烧技术、精细化操控炉温、强化炉体保温等是抑制加热炉氧化烧损率的有效措施。Oxidation burning loss rate of slab in 3 different heating furnaces have been tested by applying the similarity method of specific surface area per unit weight.The results show that the oxidation burning rate of regenerative combustion furnace is lower than that of conventional pulse combustion furnace.For regenerative combustion furnace,along the length of slab,the oxidation burning rate is approximately"M"distribution,that means,the rate value in middle area is low,followed by the end area,and at the area between middle and end has the highest number,which is mainly related to the arrangement of burner and the jet velocity of gas medium.Applying regenerative combustion technology,fine control of furnace temperature,as well as strengthening furnace body insulation are effective measures to inhibit the oxidation burning rate of heating furnace.
