摘  要:文章模拟了烧结机保温段空气换热器的热交换性能及规律,探究多种结构对换热性能的影响,提出最终优化方案。结果表明:翅片能破坏流体边界层有效强化换热,短翅片结构预热温度较光管可提高19.7%;喷流短翅片组合结构能明显破坏流体边界层,预热温度提高28.5%,阻力损失为1366 Pa;旋流扇短翅片组合结构能改变流体的流动结构,充分混合冷热流体,预热温度提高40.6%,阻力损失仅为1049 Pa,此方案为最优方案。The paper simulates the heat exchange performance and law of the air heat exchanger in the insulation section of the sintering machine,explores the influence of various structures on the heat exchange performance,and proposes the final optimization plan.The results show that the fins can destroy the fluid boundary layer and effectively enhance the heat transfer,and the preheating temperature of the short fin structure can be increased by 19.7%compared with that of the smooth tube;The combined structure of jet short fins can obviously destroy the fluid boundary layer,the preheating temperature is increased by 28.5%,and the resistance loss is 1366 Pa;The combined structure of swirl fan and short fins can change the flow structure of the fluid,fully mix the hot and cold fluids,and the preheat temperature is increased by 40.6%,and the resistance loss is only 1049 Pa.This solution is the optimal solution.
