摘　　要：转炉汽化冷却系统产生蒸汽用来供应精炼VD炉抽真空使用,但其温度与流量不能完全满足抽真空的工艺要求时,通过新增蒸汽调质装置,提高转炉烟道汽化冷却系统产汽参数,精炼VD炉抽真空供汽系统实现稳定、高效运行。The steam produced by the converter vaporization cooling system used to supply vacuum refining of VD furnace,but its temperature and flow rate can't fully meet the technological requirements of pumping air into vacuum state,with the addition of steam conditioning device,improve the steam parameters produced by the converter flue vaporization cooling system,the vacuum pumping and steam supply system of VD refining furnace runs stably and efficiently.
