摘 要:文中通过核心控制芯片、RS485通信电路、处理器模块、模拟量驱动模块、前端感知节点五部分对系统硬件进行了设计,在系统软件部分,采用感知网络技术将传输的数据作为基本感知单元,获取相关的传输信息,并对传输的信息做聚合处理,在此基础上,建立起传输目标函数,依据目标对数据进行传输,以此完成远程控制系统的设计。实验将数据收集率、输出传输失败次数、平均延迟时间作为对比指标,结果表明研究的系统不仅提高了系统的实时性与收集率,还降低了信息的传输失败情况。The hardware of the system is designed through the core control chip,RS485 communication circuit,processor module,analog drive module and front-end sensing node.In the system software part,the sensing network technology is used to take the transmitted data as the basic sensing unit,obtain the relevant transmission information,and aggregate the transmitted information.On this basis,the transmission objective function is established,and data is transmitted according to the target,thereby,the design of remote control system is completed.The experiment data collection rate,the number of output transmission failures and the average delay time are taken as the comparison indicators.The results show that the system not only improves the real-time performance and collection rate of the system,but also reduces the information transmission failure.
