云南省怒江州保护地体系问题分析研究及对策

摘　　要：通过怒江州森林资源规划设计调查成果、湿地资源监测成果、数字高程模型等相关调查和研究成果,对数据进行统计汇总。按照《云南省自然保护地空缺分析技术指南》中空缺保护分析评价指标及赋分标准,对怒江州进行保护地空缺分析;提出新建碧罗雪山保护区,并将空缺区域补充进入保护地体系,建立国家公园,整合优化现有保护地,提出解决矛盾冲突的对策。Based on the survey results of forest resources planning and design,wetland resources monitoring and digital elevation model in Nujiang Prefecture,the data are statistically summarized.According to the evaluation index and scoring standard of vacancy protection analysis in the technical guide for vacancy analysis of nature reserves in Yunnan Province,the vacancy of nature reserves in Nujiang Prefecture is analyzed;It is proposed to build a new Biluo snow mountain reserve,supplement the vacant areas into the reserve system,to establish a national park,integrate and optimize the existing reserves,and put forward countermeasures to solve contradictions and conflicts.
