摘 要:目的对吉林省长春市老年脑卒中患者延续性康复护理情况进行问卷调查,分析老年脑卒中患者对延续性康复需求的影响因素,为提高长春市老年康复需求和生存质量提供有效措施和理论依据。方法2020年10月〜2021年5月,通过便利抽样的方法,选取吉林省长春市4个社区的中老年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,对老年脑卒中患者一般情况、日常生活能力、延续性康复护理需求进行问卷调查,并分析延续性康复护理需求的影响因素。结果本次调查共发放389份调查问卷,收回有效问卷364份,有效回收率为93.57%。吉林省长春市老年脑卒中患者总体需求分数为(89.38±25.05)分。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、月收入、并发症数量、老年人能力等级是延续性康复护理需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论长春市老年脑卒中患者对延续性康复需求较大,但会受到众多因素的影响,可针对性给予干预以满足长春市老年脑卒中患者的延续性康复需求。Objective A questionnaire survey was conducted on the continuous rehabilitation care needs in older patients with stroke in Changchun of Jilin Province to analyze the factors influencing the continuous rehabilitation care needs for older stroke patients.Methods From October 2020 to May 2021,the middle-aged and older stroke patients in four communities in Changchun of Jilin Province were included by means of convenience sampling method.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the general situation,daily living ability,continuous rehabilitation care needs,and the influential factors of continuous rehabilitation care needs were analyzed.Results A total of 389 questionnaires were sent out,364 of which were valid,with effective recovery of 93.57%.The overall need score was(89.38±25.05)in older stroke patients in Changchun.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the education level,monthly income,number of complications and level of daily living ability were the main influential factors for the needs of continuous rehabilitation care(P<0.05).Conclusion Older stroke patients in Changchun have a large demand for continuous rehabilitation care,but the needs may be affected by many factors.Targeted intervention could be given to meet the continuous rehabilitation care needs of older stroke patients.
