摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。针刺是治疗DPN安全有效的方法,本文从针刺对炎症反应及应激反应的调节,对神经系统及血管功能影响的角度分析针刺治疗DPN的可能机制,为临床治疗及科研提供新思路。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,which seriously affects the life quality of the patients.Acupuncture is a safe and effective method for the treatment of DPN.The mechanisms of how the acupuncture affect the inflammation and stress response during the DPN and how the acupuncture therapy adjust the function of the nervous system and the blood vessels are illustrated.The research progress of acupuncture therapy for DPN will provide new ideas for clinical treatment and scientific research.
