摘　　要：人参皂苷Rh1具有良好的免疫调节活性,对多种疾病具有免疫调节作用。本文重点综述了人参皂苷Rh1对炎症反应,过敏性皮炎、哮喘、系统性红斑狼疮等超敏反应及对肿瘤的免疫调节作用的研究进展,以期为人参皂苷Rh1的后续基础研究和转化应用提供依据。Ginsenosides Rh1 has a significant immunomodulatory activity which can be seen in numerous diseases.The entire paper focus on the ginsenoside Rh1 effects on the inflammation, hypersensitivity diseases such as the allergic dermatitis, asthma and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and tumors will be introduced in order to provide the basis for the follow-up basic research and transformational application of ginsenoside Rh1.
