摘  要:为研究中甸牦牛线粒体结构及其系统发育位置,应用Sanger测序技术对中甸牦牛完整的线粒体DNA进行测序,并对测序数据进行拼接、组装和注释。结果表明,中甸牦牛线粒体基因组全长16323 bp,包含13个蛋白编码基因、22个tRNAs、2个rRNAs及1个D-loop区,其碱基A、T、C、G含量分别为33.72%、27.28%、25.81%和13.21%,其中A+T含量61%,具有明显的A+T碱基偏向性。对中甸牦牛与牛亚族其他个体的系统进化关系进行研究发现,中甸牦牛与斯布牦牛、帕里牦牛、雪多牦牛、美仁牦牛、央隆牦牛亲缘关系最为密切。In order to study the mitochondrial structure and phylogenetic location of Zhongdian yak,the complete mitochondrial DNA was sequenced by using Sanger sequencing technology,and the sequencing data were spliced,assembled and annotated.The results showed that the total length of mitochondrial genome of Zhongdian yak was 16323 bp,including 13 protein coding genes,22 tRNAs,2 rRNAs and 1 D-loop region.The contents of bases A,T,C and G were 33.72%,27.28%,25.81%and 13.21%respectively.Among them,the content of A+T was 61%,which had obvious A+T base bias.The phylogenetic relationship between Zhongdian yak and other individuals of bovina was studied,and it was found that Zhongdian yak had the closest relationship with Sibu yak,Pali yak,Seron yak,Meiren yak and Yanglong yak.
