摘 要:为培育具有较强抗病能力的绵羊新品系,对特藏寒杂交绵羊、欧拉型藏绵羊及特克塞尔羊的7项免疫指标进行了检测,并应用主成分分析法评估了3个绵羊群体的免疫水平。结果表明,特藏寒杂交绵羊与欧拉型藏绵羊在β-defensin及C3bER等2项免疫指标中存在显著相关(P<0.05);多维尺度分析表明,特藏寒杂交绵羊在7项免疫指标中的综合水平不同于欧拉型藏绵羊与特克塞尔羊;主成分分析表明,欧拉型藏绵羊综合得分大于特藏寒杂交绵羊和特克塞尔羊,欧拉型藏绵羊在C3bER、C3bRR及T-AOC等3项指标中均得分显著;特藏寒杂交绵羊在IL-1β、IL-18、β-defensin及Lysozyme等4项免疫指标中得分显著。综上,欧拉型藏绵羊综合免疫水平高于特藏寒杂交绵羊和特克塞尔羊;欧拉型藏绵羊在红细胞免疫能力及总抗氧化能力方面有优势,特藏寒杂交绵羊在促炎性反应及抗菌多肽方面有优势。In order to develop a new breed of sheep with strong resistance to disease,seven immune indicators of Tezanghan(Euler-type Tibetan sheep♂×Small-tailed Han sheep♀×Texel sheep♂)crossbreed sheep,Euler-type Tibetan sheep and Texel sheep were detected in this experiment.Principal component analysis was used to evaluate the immunity of the three sheep populations.The results showed as follows:there was significant correlation between Tezanghan crossbreed sheep and Euler-type Tibetan sheep in two immune indicators,β-defensin and C3bER(P<0.05);multidimensional scale analysis showed that the comprehensive immunity of Tezanghan crossbreed sheep was different from Euler-type Tibetan sheep and Texel sheep;principal component analysis showed that the composite scores of Euler-type Tibetan sheep was higher than that of Tezanghan crossbreed sheep and Texel sheep;the scores of Euler-type Tibetan sheep in C3bER,C3bRR and T-AOC were significant;the scores of Il-1β,IL-18,β-defensin and Lysozyme were significant in Tezanghan crossbreed sheep.The comprehensive immunity of Euler-type Tibetan sheep was stronger than that of Tezanghan crossbreed sheep and Texel sheep.Euler-type Tibetan sheep had advantages in erythrocyte immunity and total antioxidant capacity,and Tezanghan crossbreed sheep had advantages in proinflammatory response and antimicrobial peptides.
