摘 要:为鉴定新疆和静县绵羊感染的双腔吸虫种类,分析其遗传进化特征,采用形态学观察和PCR法相结合的方法,对和静县绵羊肝胆管内分离出来的双腔吸虫进行了种类鉴定和序列分析。结果显示,经形态学观察,初步鉴定绵羊感染的吸虫为矛形双腔吸虫;基于吸虫的ITS序列,采用PCR法扩增该虫的DNA样本,测序所得序列与山西省周至县山羊源矛形双腔吸虫序列的同源性为100%,鉴定为矛形双腔吸虫。To identify the species of Dicrocoelium in sheep in Hejing county,morphological observation and PCR identification were performed on the Dicrocoelium isolated from the hepatobiliary duct of sheep in Hejing county.The results showed that the Dicrocoelium isolate was initially identified as a Dicrocoelium dendriticum according to the morphological characteristics.The DNA sample was amplified by PCR based on the ITS sequence,and the nucleotide sequence obtained showed 100%homology with KC774500(sheep-derived D.dendriticum).Thus the Dicrocoelium isolate was identified as D.dendriticum.
