威宁短柱油茶扦插育苗技术研究

摘　　要：以多年生威宁短柱油茶插穗为试验材料,研究扦插基质、扦插时间、插穗长度、外源激素种类、激素浓度和扦插方式对插穗扦插繁殖和移栽的影响。结果表明:在黄心土中加入珍珠岩可以提高威宁短柱油茶插穗的生根率和生根数量,扦插基质以60%黄心土+40%珍珠岩为宜;扦插时间对威宁短柱油茶的生根效果影响显著,3月和8月是威宁短柱油茶扦插最适宜月份;威宁短柱油茶最适宜插穗长度为5 cm,过长和过短的插穗都会引起生根率低;外源激素处理显著提高了威宁短柱油茶插穗的生根率,ABT生根粉在所有外源激素中效果最好,以800~1000 mg/L浓度速蘸5s后扦插在基质中,生根率可达93.33%,生根数量为12条,根长约为8 cm。容器扦插苗移栽后在苗木成活率、苗高、地径和冠幅上均强于苗床扦插苗,故在威宁地区油茶扦插育苗技术以容器扦插方法为宜。Using perennial short-column of Camellia weiningensis cuttings as the test material.The effects of cutting substrate,cutting time,cutting length,exogenous hormone type,hormone concentration and cutting method on cutting propagation and transplanting were studied.The results show that adding perlite to the yellow heart soil can increase the rooting rate and number of roots of the Camellia weiningensis cuttings,and the cutting substrate should be 60%yellow heart soil+40%perlite;Cutting time has a significant effect on the rooting effect of Camellia weiningensis.March and August are the most suitable months for cuttings of Camellia weiningensis.The most suitable cutting length for Camellia weiningensis is 5 cm,both too long and too short cutting will cause low rooting rate.Exogenous hormone treatment significantly increased the rooting rate of Camellia weiningensis cuttings.ABT rooting powder has the best effect among all exogenous hormones.The cuttings are quickly dipped in the substrate at a concentration of 800~1000 mg/L for 5 seconds,and the rooting rate can reach 93.33%,the number of roots is 12,and the root length is about 8 cm.After transplanting,container cutting seedlings are stronger than seedbed cutting seedlings in terms of seedling survival rate,seedling height,ground diameter and crown width.Therefore,in Weining area,the method of container cutting seedlings for Camellia weiningensis cutting seedlings is suitable.
