摘 要:目的比较新型人工智能测温仪、常规电子测温设备与传统水银体温计测量体温的准确性,为临床测温仪器应用和选择提供参考。方法选取2022年1月在浙江省人民医院完成体温检测的293名受试者为研究对象。每位受试者在统一的温度和湿度下,分别采用水银体温计测量舌下温度,采用电子耳温计分别测量左耳内、右耳内温度,电子额温计测量前额、左侧内关温度,采用新型人工智能测温仪进行体温测量,每种方法测量3次,取平均值进行统计分析。结果受试者采用新型人工智能测温仪、电子额温计测得的体温均低于水银体温计测得的体温(均P<0.05);虽然电子耳温计测得的左耳内、右耳内体温比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),但两者与水银体温计测得的体温比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论新型人工智能测温仪测得的体温与水银体温计测得的舌下体温存在统计学差异。鉴于新型人工智能测温仪高效、无接触测温、自动预警等优势,可推荐用于大规模人群的体温筛查,但使用时应尽量对测温环境及条件进行规范化和标准化的管理。Objective To compare the accuracy of body temperature measurement by new artificial intelligence thermometers with conventional electronic thermometer and traditional mercury thermometer.Methods Two hundred and ninety-three volunteers were recruited for the temperature measurement at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital in January 2022.In the same environment and humidity,the body temperature was measured with mercury thermometer(sublingual temperature),electronic ear thermometer(left and right ear temperature),electronic forehead thermometer(forehead and left wrist temperature),and new artificial intelligence thermometer,respectively.The temperature was measured with each method for three times and the mean data were used for analysis.Results The temperature measured by new artificial intelligence thermometer and electronic forehead thermometer was significantly lower than that measured by mercury thermometer(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the temperature of left and right ear(P<0.05),but they were not significantly different with the body temperature measured by mercury thermometer(P>0.05).Conclusion Our study indicates that there is significant difference between the temperature measured by new artificial intelligence thermometer and mercury thermometer.Due to its high efficiency,being contactless and automatic warning,new artificial intelligence thermometer could be considered for temperature screening in large crowds.However,the environment for its use should be standardized.
