推进煤矿智能化建设 提升煤矿本质安全水平——内蒙古自治区煤矿智能化建设成果综述

摘　　要：阐述了国家矿山安全监察局内蒙局通过采用制定标准、典型引领、系统谋划等有效举措,推进内蒙古自治区煤矿智能化建设、提升煤矿本质安全水平的具体实践,展示了内蒙古自治区煤矿在“矿鸿”操作系统、智慧矿山私有云平台、井下智慧辅助运输系统、露天煤矿卡车智能调度系统、智能化灾害综合防控体系、透明工作面、全系统智慧矿山建设和应用等方面取得的丰硕成果。根据内蒙古煤矿智能化建设现状,从加强顶层设计、加快信息技术基础设施建设和智能化技术装备推广应用、重视人才培养等方面,提出内蒙古自治区进一步提升煤矿智能化建设水平的相关建议。The specific practices of Inner Mongolia Bureau of the National Mine Safety Administration in promoting the intelligent construction of coal mines and improving the intrinsic safety level of coal mines in Inner Mongolia by adopting a series of effective measures were expounded,such as standard setting,typical guidance and system planning.The fruitful achievements achieved by coal mines in the Inner Mongolia were showed including the construction and application of Mine Harmony operating system,intelligent mine private cloud platform,underground intelligent auxiliary transportation system,truck intelligent dispatching system for open pit coal mine,intelligent comprehensive disaster prevention and control system,transparent face mining,system-wide intelligent mine.According to the current situation of intelligent construction of coal mines in Inner Mongolia,relevant suggestions for further improvement of the level of intelligent construction of coal mines in Inner Mongolia were put forward from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,accelerating the construction of information technology infrastructure,promoting the application of intelligent technology and equipment and paying attention to talent training.
