智慧矿山关键技术在龙王沟煤矿的探索与应用

摘　　要：介绍了龙王沟煤矿智慧矿山建设背景、体系架构,重点阐述了该矿在关键技术领域进行智慧矿山建设的创新实践:构建了以万兆工业环网为主,4G/5G无线通信网为辅的井下通信系统;应用了"一化、两震、三钻、四电"井上下多维度综合水害探查治理技术;建设了智慧采掘系统和主辅运输系统、智慧供电与供排水系统、无人装车站系统、设备健康诊断和远程会诊中心、VR安全生产培训中心;开展了机器人在智能巡检、物料搬运、水仓清挖等环节的推广应用等。目前该矿已建成井下无人值守固定场所5个,单班下井人数不到80人,劳动定员由初步设计的2134人优化至990人,切实达到了智能煤矿建设减人提效的目标。The construction background and system architecture of the intelligent mine construction in Longwanggou Coal Mine were introduced,and the innovative practices of the intelligent mine construction in the key technical fields of the mine were expounded.The underground communication system based on 10 Gigabit industrial ring network and supplemented by 4G/5G wireless communication network was established,the multi-dimensional comprehensive water disaster detection and treatment technology from surface to underground combined with water quality testing,seismic exploration,drilling and electrical prospecting was applied,intelligent mining and driving system and main and auxiliary transportation system,intelligent power supply and water supply and drainage system,unmanned loading station system,equipment health diagnosis and remote consultation center,VR safety production training center were built,and robot application was carried out in intelligent patrol,material handling,water warehouse cleaning and excavation and so on..At present,the mine has built 5 underground unattended fixed places,the number of people in a single shift is less than 80,and the labor quota has been optimized from 2134 in the preliminary design to 990,which has effectively achieved the goal of reducing personnel and improving efficiency in the intelligent coal mine construction.
