摘 要:360°直立锁边板型系统近年来在国内应用日趋广泛,由于公母肋与支座间具有较强的连接锁扣方式,该板型相较暗扣板、180°锁边板及铝镁锰咬合板抗风能力更为优异,但常规板型由于波高的限制,刚度和抗风揭能力无法满足抗超强台风的需求。基于对该类板型构造和常用板型系统抗风能力的统计分析,提出了板型改进方法,并通过抗风揭试验验证了采取不同改进方法后屋面系统抵抗超强台风的能力,试验结果表明,在其他条件相同时,采用高波板型的屋面系统抗风能力得到大幅提升。The profiled steel sheet roof system with standing seam 360 panels has been widely applied in China in recent years. Due to strong locking modes between ribs and supports, the panels are of stronger wind resistance compared with concealed gusset panels, 180-degree seams and aluminum-magnesium-manganese panels. Because of the limit of rib height, the conventional panels cannot meet the requirements of wind-uplift resistance and deformation for super typhoons. Analyzing the structure of the panels and the statistics of wind-uplift resistance for conventional panels, improved methods for the panels was presented. The capacity of the roof system with standing seam 360 panels of being improved by different measures was verified by tests of wind-uplift resistance. The test results showed the wind resistance of the roof system with high rib panels were greatly improved when other conditions remained the same.
