摘 要:介绍了根据某不锈钢企业精炼材料及工艺参数,采用C++编程开发了网页版的不锈钢精炼配料优化模型。模型包括基础数据模块、性价比分析模块和精炼配料优化模块。模型兼具手动配料和自动配料两种模式,在满足目标产品成分和原料配比等限制条件下,以成本最低为目标进行优化配料。模型界面简洁、操作简单。精炼产品理论成本较现有人工方案低3.0元/t以上,经济效益显著。According to the refining materials and process parameters of a stainless steel company,a web version of stainless steel refining proportioning optimization model is developed by C++programming.The model includes basic data module,cost performance analysis module and refining proportioning optimization module.The model has both manual and automatic batching modes.Under the conditions of meeting the restrictions of target product composition and raw material ratio,the minimum cost targets as the optimized proportioning.The model interface is simple and the operation is easy.The theoretical cost of refined products is more than 3.0 yuan/t lower than the existing manual scheme,and the economic benefits are significant.
