摘  要:介绍了工业硅生产行业所用还原剂以木炭为主,烟气中二氧化硫基本都在国家排放标准范围内,烟气脱硫技术尚未引起行业的重视和应用,整体处于空白状态。但随着国家环境保护政策的出台和严格实施,工业硅冶炼非木质还原剂用量不断减少,烟气二氧化硫含量急剧增加,工业硅生产也因此成为高污染产业而列入国家严抓严管的重点行业,工业硅生产企业持续稳定发展受到了严重影响。文章重点分析了工业硅冶炼烟气的特性,对工业硅冶炼烟气二氧化硫脱除技术应用情况进行介绍。The reductant used in the industrial grade silicon production industry is mainly charcoal,and the sulfur dioxide in flue gas is basically within the scope of the national emission standard.The flue gas desulfurization technology has not attracted the attention and application of the industry,and is in a blank state as a whole.However,with the introduction and strict implementation of the national environmental protection policy,the consumption of non-wood reductant in industrial grade silicon smelting has been continuously reduced,and the sulfur dioxide content in flue gas has increased sharply.Therefore,industrial grade silicon production has become a high pollution industry and has been listed as a key industry under strict national control.The sustainable and stable development of industrial grade silicon production enterprises has been seriously affected.The paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of flue gas in industrial grade silicon smelting,and introduces the application of sulfur dioxide removal technology of flue gas in industrial grade silicon smelting.
