摘　　要：随着制药行业信息化发展,企业实验产生的新药化合物越来越多,测试数据也多种多样,对化合物及其相关数据的集中管理尤为重要。针对化合物信息及测试数据管理,采用.NET Framework框架技术,结合B/S构架模式和MVC模型设计和实现了一套基于C#技术的化合物管理系统。该系统由化合物模块、测试数据模块及系统管理模块等组成,经过产品设计、代码开发、测试和应用程序部署后,进行实际应用。实践表明,系统对结构式的保存、检索等效果良好,并具有很好的扩展性和维护性,可以满足大部分制药企业对化合物管理的应用需求。With the development of informatization in the pharmaceutical industry,more and more new drug compounds are produced by enterprise experiments,and the test data are also diverse.The centralized management of compounds and their related data is particularly important.For compound information and test data management,a set of compound management system based on C#technology was designed and implemented by using.NET Framework technology,combined with B/S framework mode and MVC model.The system is composed of compound module,test data module and system management module.After product design,code development,testing and application deployment,it is put into practical application.Practice shows that the system has good effects on the preservation and retrieval of structural formulas,and has good expansibility and maintainability,which can meet the needs and applications of most pharmaceutical companies for compound management.
