摘  要:对20CrMnTi圆钢试样分别直接进行渗碳淬火、回火和预先进行渗碳淬火获得淬硬层分别为0.6、1.25和1.75 mm,然后进行600℃×4 h高温回火,再进行渗碳淬火、回火,并对获得的碳化物进行比较和分析。结果表明:无预先渗碳淬火试样的碳化物区域深度达到160μm;淬硬层深度分别为0.6、1.25和1.75 mm的试样的碳化物区域深度分别达到192、325和440μm,表层碳化物无明显网状。由表及里,所有试样的碳化物密度呈逐渐降低趋势。The 20CrMnTi round steel sample was carburized,quenched and tempered directly.The 20CrMnTi round steel samples were carburized and quenched in advance to obtain the hardened layers of 0.6,1.25 and 1.75 mm respectively,then high temperature tempering at 600℃for 4 h,the obtained carbides were compared and analyzed after carburizing,quenching and tempering.The results showed that the depth of carbide area of samples without pre-carburizing and quenching reached 160μm.The depth of carbide area of samples with harden layer depth of 0.6,1.25 and 1.75 mm reached 192,325 and 440μm respectively.There was no obvious carbide network on the sample surface.From surface to the inside,the carbide density of all samples decreased gradually.
