摘　　要：简述了可转位数控车刀片的失效形貌,分析了可转位数控车刀片的失效机理,进而总结分析了切削参数、切削温度、切削力、涂层材料、被加工材料等因素对可转位数控车刀片的失效影响,最后提出了延长可转位车刀片使用寿命的对策。The failure morphology of the indexable CNC turning inserts is briefly described,and the failure mechanism of the indexable CNC turning inserts is analyzed.Furthermore,the failure influence of cutting parameters,cutting temperature,cutting force,coating materials,processed material and other factors on the indexable CNC turning inserts is summarized and analyzed.And the countermeasures to prolong the service life of indexable inserts are put forward.
