摘  要:真空热处理具有无氧化、无脱碳等优点,对带螺纹及精加工到位零件的热处理具有很好的保护作用,能防止其在高温下被氧化,提高综合力学性能,同时保证零件表面质量。针对多批次零件在真空炉淬火后表面光亮,但真空回火后零件表面变色的问题进行探究与分析,总结出实际生产过程中减少零件真空回火变色的可行措施。Vacuum heat treatment has the advantages of no oxidation and no decarburization,etc.It has a good protective effect on the heat treatment of parts with threads and finished machining,can prevent them from being oxidized at high temperature,improve comprehensive mechanical properties and ensure surface quality of parts.In view of the bright surface of many batches of parts after quenching in vacuum furnace,but surface discoloration of parts after vacuum tempering is explored and analyzed.The feasible measures to reduce the discoloration of parts during vacuum tempering in actual production are summarized.
