摘　　要：^(目的对2015-2020年大连市流感病毒分离鉴定情况进行对比分析,为大连市流感防控工作提供参考。方法采集大连市2家国家级流感监测哨点医院的流感样病例咽拭子样本,用MDCK细胞和鸡胚分别进行病毒分离培养,并采用HA试验和HI试验对分离的病毒滴度和型别进行鉴定。结果2015-2020年共分离培养流感病毒核酸检测阳性的咽拭子1055份,其中MDCK细胞分离出流感病毒501株,鸡胚分离出流感病毒72株,总体病毒分离率54.31%。MDCK细胞分离出A(H1N1)、A(H3N2)、B(Victoria)和B(Yamagata)型病毒,鸡胚对A(H3N2)型病毒不敏感,但可以分离出A(H1N1)、B(Victoria)和B(Yamagata)型病毒。每年的优势毒株虽不同,但分离流感病毒的月份均在流行季内,与北方流行形势一致。结论MDCK细胞与鸡胚的流感病毒分离率不同。大连市每年流感流行的优势株和流行程度虽不同,但流行程度处于相对平稳状态。)Objective To analyze the isolation and identification results of influenza viruses in Dalian from 2015to 2020,so as to provide references for the prevention and control of influenza in Dalian.Methods Throat swab specimens were collected from influenza-like cases in two national influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals in Dalian.Virus isolation was carried out with MDCK cells and chicken embryo.HA and HI tests were used to identify the virus titers and types.Results A total of 1,055throat swabs were inoculated,among which 501 influenza viruses were isolated from MDCK cells,72were isolated from chicken embryo;the total isolation rate of virus was 54.31%.A(H1N1),A(H3N2),B(Victoria)and B(Yamagata)viruses were isolated from MDCK cells.The chicken embryo was not sensitive to A(H3N2),but A(H1N1),B(Victoria)and B(Yamagata)viruses could be isolated with it.Although the dominant strains were different each year,the positive strains were all isolated in the epidemic season,which was consistent with the epidemic situation in north China.Conclusion The isolation rates in MDCK cells and chicken embryo were different.Although the dominant strains and prevalence vary from year to year,influenza epidemics were in a relatively stable status in Dalian.
