摘 要:一氧化氮(NO)是一种内源性气体递质,它可在人体各种细胞、组织和器官中产生。一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)是催化NO产生的关键酶,它分为3个亚型。NO与NOS被应用于治疗糖尿病足溃疡等慢性创面,因其具有调控炎症及清除细菌感染的能力。临床可通过创面组织内源性释放或外源性补给来改变创面微环境中NO含量,从而发挥其最佳疗并效促进创面愈合。糖尿病足创面发病机制复杂,且具有较高的致死率和致残率,给患者带来了沉重的负担。近年来,国内外研究发现NO在糖尿病足创面的发生、发展及转归中起较大作用。本文对NO在糖尿病足创面修复中的作用与可能机制进行了重点综述。Nitric oxide(NO)is an endogenous gas transmitter,which can be synthesized in various cells,tissues and organs of the human body.Nitric oxide synthase(NOS)is a key enzyme that catalyzes the production of nitric oxide.NOS is divided into three subtypes.NO and NOS are applied to chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers because of their ability to regulate inflammation and eliminate bacterial infections.Through the endogenous release in wound tissue or exogenous replenishment,the content of NO in the microenvironment of the wound can be changed,so as to exert its best effect to promote wound healing.The pathogenesis of diabetic foot wounds is complex and diverse,with the characteristics of high mortality and disability,which has brought a heavy economic burden to the society.In recent years,domestic and foreign studies have found that NO plays an important role in the occurrence,development and outcome of diabetic foot wounds.This article focuses on the role and possible mechanism of NO in repairing diabetic foot wounds.
