摘 要:为研究综放开采条件下覆岩移动规律及“上三带”分布范围,以菏泽腾达煤矿1501工作面为研究背景,采用UDEC数值模拟和理论分析等方法分析了倾斜煤层工作面开采后上覆岩层移动变形规律。结果表明:理论计算得到1501工作面的垮落带高度范围为11.6~26.1 m,裂隙带高度范围为42.5~77.1 m。数值模拟结果表明,工作面回采完毕后采场上覆岩层经历了“平衡—破坏—再平衡”3个阶段,最终形成了稳定的垮落结构;工作面长度从75 m增加至155 m,应力集中程度和应力峰值逐渐增大,而覆岩位移逐渐呈现非对称分布形态,位移量也逐渐增加,依据模拟结果宏观描述了工作面覆岩“上三带”分布范围;通过对工作面上覆岩层设置11条覆岩下沉量监测线,确定了1501工作面“上三带”临界高度的位置,并在现场进行钻孔监测,验证了理论分析结果的合理性。A case study was performed at the 1501 working face of Tengda Coal Mine in Heze to evaluate the movement law of overlying strata and the distribution range of''upper three zones''under fully mechanized caving mining.The movement and deformation law of overlying strata after mining in inclined coal face was analyzed through UDEC numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The results show that the height range of caved zone and fracture zone of the 1501 working face is 11.6-26.1 m and 42.5-77.1 m,respectively.The numerical simulation results show that the overlying strata of the gob undergo three stages of"balancing,breaking and rebalancing"after the gob is formed,and finally form a stable collapse structure.As the length of the working face increases from 75 m to 155 m,the stress concentration and stress peak gradually increase,while the overburden displacement gradually presents an asymmetrical distribution pattern,and the displacement also increases gradually.Based on the simulation results,the distribution range of the"upper three zones"of overburden in the working face is described macroscopically.By setting 11 monitoring lines of overburden subsidence on the working face,the critical height position of the"upper three zones"of the 1501 working face was determined,and drilling monitoring was carried out in the field,which verified the rationality of the theoretical analysis results.
