摘　　要：目的:以医院临床科室急救设备的租赁问题为导向,研究设计一款采用物联网技术的急救设备自助租赁平台。方法:利用物联网联通和射频自动识别技术,设计柜体、主控系统、识别模块及门控等硬件,设计柜体端、App端、PC端等人机交互软件,通过调试实现自助租赁平台的设备定位、自助借还、多媒体展示、数据分析等功能,并对应用效果进行分析。结果:临床科室利用平台进行急救设备自助租赁,使用成本明显降低,流程得到了优化,且租赁用时短,在数据处理方面更加智能和便利。结论:依托此平台可使急救设备的借调管理升级,能更加有效地满足临床实际需求,有助于提升医院医疗设备管理的专业化水平,能产生较好的经济效益,有较好的扩展和应用前景。Objective To study and design a self-service renting platform of emergency equipments using the technology of Internet of things guided by the renting of emergency equipments in clinical departments of the hospital.Methods By using connection of Internet of things and automatic identification technology of radio frequency,hardware such as cabinet,main control system,identification module and door control,and human-computer interaction software such as cabinet end,APP end and PC end are designed.The functions of the self-service renting platform including equipment positioning,self-service borrowing and returning,multimedia display and data analysis are realized by debugging,and the application effect is analyzed.Results The clinical departments use the platform for self-service renting of emergency equipments.The cost is significantly reduced,the process is optimized,the renting time is short,and the data processing is more intelligent and convenient.Conclusion Relying on this platform,the borrowing and transferring management of emergency equipments can be upgraded,which can meet the actual clinical needs more effectively,improve the professional level of medical equipment management in the hospital,produce better economic benefits,and have better expansion and application prospects.
