摘　　要：文章研究基层农业技术人员培训教育。概述基层农业技术人员培训教育的背景、内涵及进展;分析培训教育现存问题,如农技人员学习速度慢、培训模式落后、管理机制不健全等;从农技人员工作环境、培训教育模式、培训教材、培训资源库、培训人员管理机制、农技人员信息库、分区域分类分级培训模式等角度出发,列举强化培训教育的策略,介绍几种培训方法,如集中办班、现场实训、异地研修、远程教育等。This paper studies the training and education of grass-roots agro-technical personnel,summarizes the background,connotation and progress of training and education for grass-roots agro-technical personnel,and analyzes the existing problems in training and education,such as slow learning speed,backward training mode,imperfect management mechanism,etc.From the point of view of working environment,training and education mode,training materials,training resource database,trainer management mechanism,agro-technical personnel information database,sub-regional classified and graded training mode,etc.,this paper enumerates the strategies of strengthening training education,and introduces several training methods,such as centralized class management,on-site training,remote research and training,and distance education.
