摘 要:新型碳基材料具有大的比表面积和可调的孔径分布等优势,是极具潜力的吸附及催化材料,近年来在深度脱硫领域中的应用越来越广泛。综述了碳基复合材料在催化加氢、吸附、催化氧化等领域脱除大分子硫化物的研究进展。在催化加氢方面详述了碳材料与传统催化剂复合后对电子结构的调整以及对加氢脱硫活性、选择性的影响;在吸附脱硫方面重点阐述了碳材料的制备及杂原子掺杂改性后作为吸附剂的优缺点;在氧化脱硫方面概述了碳基复合材料作为氧化剂和催化剂的机理研究。最后结合碳材料脱硫现状提出目前有待解决的主要问题,以期为碳基复合材料深度脱硫技术的开发提供参考。Carbon materials have large specific surface areas and tunable pore size distributions,which make them potential adsorption and catalytic materials.In recent years,carbon materials have been widely used in the field of deep desulfurization.The research progress of carbon and its composites in the fields of catalytic hydrodesulfurization,adsorption desulfurization,and oxidative desulfurization is reviewed.In hydrodesulfurization,the adjustment of the electronic structure of the catalyst and the effect on the hydrodesulfurization activity brought by combination of carbon and traditional catalytic materials are described in detail.In adsorption desulfurization,the preparation and modification of carbon materials by heteroatom doping are emphasized,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of carbon as adsorbents.In oxidative desulfurization,the mechanisms of carbon as catalyst for oxidative removal of sulfide are summarized.Finally,the main problems for desulfurization by carbon are proposed to provide references for the development of carbon materials.
