从醴陵日用陶瓷产业升级谈唐山陶瓷未来发展之路

摘　　要：作为中国骨质瓷的发源地,唐山具有人才、技术、装备等方面优势。但是,与日用陶瓷行业翘楚———湖南华联股份公司相比,确实存在一定的差距。企业产值、企业管理团队素质与管理方法、装备的改造升级、企业技术团队人才和核心技术储备都有着一定的差别。唐山紧扣“北方瓷都”定位,将各类资源优势进行整合和优化配置,推动产业链整合集聚。依托现有龙头企业,组建或引进泥料、模具、釉料、颜料、装备等专业化企业,推进陶瓷产业专业化分工,打造迈向全球的中高端陶瓷产业价值链,重振唐山陶瓷雄风。笔者将对醴陵日用陶瓷龙头企业湖南华联瓷业股份有限公司(以下简称华联瓷业)运营与产业升级状况分析,谈谈唐山日用陶瓷企业与之差距,以及唐山日用陶瓷产业未来的升级发展之路。As the birthplace of bone china,Tangshan has advantages in talents,technology and equipment.However,there is a certain gap compared with Hunan Hualian Co.Ltd,the leader in daily ceramics industry.Enterprise output value,enterprise management team quality and management methods,equipment transformation and upgrading,enterprise technical team talent and core technology reserve all have certain differences.Tangshan closely follows the positioning of Northern Porcelain Capital,integrates and optimizes the allocation of various resource advantages,and promotes the integration and agglomeration of industrial chain.Relying on the existing leading enterprises,the establishment or introduction of mud,mold,glaze,pigment,equipment and other specialized enterprises,to promote the specialization of the ceramic industry,to create a global high-end ceramic industry value chain,revive tangshan ceramics.The author will analyze the operation and industrial upgrading status of Hunan Hualian Ceramic Co.Ltd,the leading enterprise of daily ceramics in Liling,and talk about the gap between tangshan daily ceramics enterprises and it,as well as the future upgrading and development of Tangshan daily ceramics industry.
