摘 要:针对实训室在建设和运行中安全用电的有效监控问题,提出一种软调节实训室使用最大功率限额的方法,以STC15W4K60S4系列单片机为主控核心,通过MODBUS协议与多路功率电能采集模块进行数据采集,结合固态继电器控制电路实现断电保护功能。可以对多间实训室的最大功率限额进行设定,并实时监测每间实训室的用电情况,如有异常情况将采取自动断电保护的方式断开对应实训室的供电电源,有效实现实训室安全用电的统一管理。Aiming at the problem of how to effectively monitor the safe use of electricity in the construction and operation of the training room, a method of soft regulating the maximum power limit used in the training room is proposed. The STC15W4K60S4 series single chip microcomputer is the main control core, the data is collected through MODBUS protocol and multi-channel power and energy acquisition module, and the power-off protection function is realized by combining the solid-state relay control circuit. The device can set the maximum power limit of multiple training rooms and monitor the power consumption of each training room in real time. In case of abnormal conditions, the power supply of the corresponding training room will be disconnected by means of automatic power-off protection, so as to effectively realize the unified management of safe power consumption in the training room.
