辊涂机PLC远程控制系统的应用研究

摘　　要：以辊涂机为基础,对辊涂机电气控制系统的可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)远程控制进行研究。利用远程控制模块GRM533与PLC通过串口方式或RJ-45网线方式相连接,设置远程控制模块的IP地址与PLC在同一网段内,组建局域网,再设置远程控制模块连接外网。通过电脑联网,打开控制模块编程软件登录云服务器下载PLC程序到远端。应用结果表明,利用远程控制模块可以成功地将程序下载到远端PLC,并可以进行在线监控。Based on the roll coating machine, the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) remote control of the electric control system of the roll coating machine is studied. The remote control module GRM533 is connected with PLC through serial port or RJ-45 network line, the IP address of the remote control module is set up in the same network segment as that of PLC, the local area network is set up, and the remote control module is connected with the external network. Through the computer network, open the control module programming software login cloud server download PLC program to the remote. The application results show that the program can be downloaded to remote PLC successfully by remote control module, and the on-line monitoring can be implemented.
