摘　　要：通过对无硫变换工艺反应原理及特点的分析,指出化工装置排放出大量含CO高的尾气通过无硫变换工艺回收,综合利用变废为宝,成为解决此类问题的途径,同时分析了无硫变换工艺正常操作时注意事项。Through the analysis of the reaction principle and characteristics of sulfur-free shift process, it is pointed out that a large amount of tail gas with high CO discharged from chemical plant is recovered through sulfur-free shift process, and comprehensive utilization and turning waste into treasure is the way to solve this kind of problem. At the same time, the matters needing attention in the normal operation of sulfur-free shift process are analyzed.
