摘　　要：干法工艺三聚氰胺装置中,尿素洗涤塔蒸汽发生器副产不同压力的低压饱和蒸汽,因其压力低,无法进入全厂生产蒸汽管网进行有效利用,只能通过空气冷却器降温处理,其蒸汽冷凝液回流至尿素洗涤塔蒸汽发生器,这种冷却处理工艺方法,造成了低压饱和蒸汽资源浪费。为高效利用此低压饱和蒸汽,并结合下游化工生产装置特点,设计开发了与之配套的蒸汽换热设备和蒸汽加压机。回收利用此低压饱和蒸汽,每年节约蒸汽费用约2 500万元,带来了良好的社会效益和经济效益。In the dry process melamine unit, the low-pressure saturated steam with different pressure is produced by the steam generator of the urea scrubber. Due to its low pressure, it cannot enter the production steam pipe network of the whole plant for effective utilization. It can only be cooled by air cooler to make steam condensate return to steam generator of urea scrubber. This cooling treatment process results in a waste of low-pressure saturated steam resources. In order to make efficient use of this lowpressure saturated steam and combined with the characteristics of downstream chemical production units, the supporting steam heat exchange equipment and steam booster are designed and developed. Recycling this low-pressure saturated steam can save about 25 million yuan of steam cost every year, which has brought good social and economic benefits.
