摘　　要：本项目通过建立甲醇装置多变量控制模型,设计一套甲醇装置智能化控制算法,达到装置智能化预测控制和平稳优化运行的要求,使装置始终在最优工艺指标下运行,实现了节约蒸汽、增加产品产量的目标。By establishing a multi-variable control model for the methanol plant, this project designs a set of automatic control algorithems for methanol synthesis and rectification systems to meet the requirements of automatic predictive control, smooth and optimal operation of the plant, so that the plant always operates under the optimal process indicators and realizes the goal of saving steam and increasing product yield.
