尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶致胃肠罕见不良反应研究

摘　　要：注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶是利用尖吻蝮蛇体内的毒液研制的,止血效果显著,常用于外科手术浅表创面渗血的止血。自2009年3月上市后不良反应监测收集到的不良事件发生率小于十万分之一,其罕见不良反应可累及呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经系统及免疫系统等。本文以临床护理人员视角出发,在临床工作中观察发现患者因术后注射尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶致胃肠罕见不良反应,开展护理讨论,分析其中原因,并进行相关文献复习,旨在提醒注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶所造成的胃肠药物不良反应症状虽轻,但也应当引起医务人员的重视。Haemocoagulase Agkistrodon for Injection is developed by using venom in agkistrodon.It has remarkable hemostatic effect and is often used for hemostasis of superficial wound bleeding in surgery.Since its marketing in March 2009,the incidence of adverse events collected by monitoring is less than 1/100000,it has been reported that injection of agkistrodon halys hemagglutinin can cause allergic reaction,high fever,dyspnea,acute myocardial infarction and calf intermuscular venous plexus thrombosis.From the perspective of clinical nursing staff,this paper observed and found in clinical work that patients had rare gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by postoperative injection of Haembin of Agkistrodon acutus.Nursing discussions were carried out to analyze the causes and review the relevant literature,so as to remind medical staff that although the symptoms of gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by Haembin of Agkistrodon acutus injection were mild,they should also be paid attention to.
